Monday at Stourport Sixth Form College, Windermere Way – next to Lifestyle Fitness gym and LQ Arena!
6.00pm – VERVE Taekwondo kids class – ages 5-9yrs
7.00pm – VERVE Taekwondo family class – mixed ages and abilities
8.00pm – VERVE Kickboxing Class – age 10yrs+
