We are bringing the heat to Stourport Sixth Form this April with an exciting line-up of martial arts classes tailored to all ages and skill levels:
? Kids Taekwondo at 6.00pm – for little ninjas to learn discipline, focus, and self-confidence through exciting drills and games in turn developing coordination, balance, team work, self esteem and more!
? Family Taekwondo at 7.00pm – come together to train, learn, and grow as a team, develop confidence, fitness and self defence all led by our passionate team of skilled instructors
?? VERVE Kickboxing at 8.00pm – a high-energy class blending cardio, strength, and striking techniques for a technical total-body workout!
