🥊 Saturday 6th January 2024 at Haybridge, Hagley
It is a kicking and boxing style pad work session, ideal for burning off some of those Christmas calories 🤣 – it is open to all ages and abilities so feel free to bring your families and friends!
It will include holding & striking pads (we will provide all the equipment) there will be tips on movement, fundamental techniques, awesome music, possibly dad jokes, all in attempt to leave you sweating, smiling and learning!
