Yes the next coloured belt gradings are over 6 weeks away but we are very mindful that August disappears soooo quickly and it will soon be upon us!

So set those goals and targets early and get practising!!
Classes are on as normal throughout the summer so welcome to double and treble up your sessions!

✅ 1.30pm – white belts
✅ 2.15pm – white yellow stripes
✅ 3.00pm – yellow belts & yellow green stripes
✅ 4.00pm – green belts & green blue stripes
✅ 5.00pm – blue, red stripes & red belts
