VERVE Martial Arts are proud to be supporting Anti-Bullying Week (13th – 17th November 2023) and as part of our plans we have a super week of themed activities & classes, as well our instructors will be heading into the communities to deliver FREE confidence building anti-bullying workshops in local schools!
We are explaining the benefits of martial arts and how it aligns with the anti-bullying message set out nation-wide.
Here at VERVE Martial Arts we teach children valuable attitudes and skills that can not only help to prevent bullying but also verbally & physically deal with any encounters faced – yes with confidence & control and with safety at the forefront of the activities.

The martial arts can be a vehicle for many wonderful things, yes maybe we are a little bias as we have been teaching and training for over 30 years but it can be enjoyed by anybody of any ability and there are many benefits –
